SOURCE: ActionAid HUMANITARIAN organization ActionAid, has commenced a cash transfer project in Manicaland province and districts with the aim of improving livelihoods of the rural populace especially those facing food insecurity. The cash transfer programme is being implemented by ActionAid with support from WFP.
